These five days offer no less than 75 pieces sessions with lectures, exercise, contest, song and dance. In years visited a health week by none other than Emma Igelström and Daniel Mendoza. Emma is one of the most successful swimmers of all time, who have taken no less than four world championship gold medals and twelve European Championships, and during the Health Week will lecture and inspire.
